Man sentenced for fatally stabbing Walla Walla man in 2022

WALLA WALLA – A Kennewick man arrested in connection to a fatal stabbing at a Walla Walla apartment back in September 2022 was sentenced last week to nearly 16 years in prison.
David Delgado, 46, pleaded guilty to an amended count of second-degree murder with a deadly weapon enhancement. Delgado told police he had known Edward Torres Aguilar, 56, of Walla Walla for several years.
Delgado admitted to killing Aguilar after hearing that Aguilar had committed crimes against children. Authorities said there’s no proof of that.
