Man jailed on menacing charge

CANYON CITY – A man will spend jail time for menacing and harassment, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. Dale Allen Laughlin, 63, pleaded “no contest” to one count of Menacing and one count of Harassment, occurring on or around March 21^st of this year.

Laughlin was sentenced to a total of 15 days in jail and 18 months on Bench Probation. Two counts were disposed with no conviction.
