Man jailed on burglary, DV charges in Grant County

CANYON CITY – It’ll be jail time for a man who pleaded guilty in Grant County Circuit Court to burglary and domestic violence charges.

Colby Scott McMahan, 22, pleaded guilty to Burglary in the Second Degree and Harassment – Constituting Domestic Violence, occurring in June of this year.

McMahan was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and placed on Supervised Probation for 36 months, with special conditions. The guilty pleas were entered on July 20^th.
