Man jailed for supplying contraband in Grant County

CANYON CITY – It’ll be time in the Grant County Jail and more for a man guilty of supplying contraband.

Grant County Circuit Court documents show that Austen James Titus, 32, pleaded guilty to two counts of Supplying Contraband, a Class C Felony, on or about August 23^rd, 2024. As a result, Titus was sentenced to a total of 20 days in jail and 24 months on Supervised Probation with special conditions. The guilty pleas were entered January 6^th, 2025.
