Man gets 15 days for DV assault in Grant County

CANYON CITY – A man will spend around a half a month in jail on a domestic violence charge, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. Kirk William Roberts, 61, pleaded guilty to Assault in the Fourth Degree—Constituting Domestic Violence, committed in November of last year.
Roberts was sentenced to 15 days in jail and 18 months on Supervised Probation with special conditions. One count was disposed with no conviction. The guilty plea was entered on April 3rd, 2025.
