Man convicted on weapon charge in Grant County

CANYON CITY – A man will spend time in jail on a weapon charge, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. Robert Lee Warrington, Jr., 40, pleaded guilty to one count of Unlawful Use of a Weapon, committed in February of 2024.
Warrington was sentenced to 30 days in jail and placed on Supervised Probation for 36 months. One count was disposed with no conviction.
