Man arrested recently for Armed Robbery crashes stolen truck

UNION COUNTY – No details have been released at this time regarding a crash on Hwy82 on Sunday in the “Hamburger Hill” area between Elgin and Imbler, however, here is what we do know.

According to the Union County Sheriff’s Office, one of the involved vehicles was a stolen vehicle out of Wallowa County. That vehicle was being driven by Trevor Nelson Hines, who was arrested early this month in connection with an armed robbery at Island City Market and Deli in August. At this time no information has been released by the Enterprise Police Department regarding the stolen vehicle.

Hines was injured in the crash and was transported out of the area by Lifeflight. The other party involved in the crash was uninjured according to reports.

Oregon State Police is the lead agency on this incident; however, no details have been released at this time.
