Man arrested on three warrants

BURNS – At a little past 8 p.m. last night, Jaycob Kenneth Cate was arrested in Burns on two Harney County warrants, one charging felon in possession of a restricted weapon, unlawful possession of heroin, and unlawful possession of methamphetamine and the second warrant charging failure to appear. He was also arrested on a Polk County warrant charging failure to appear. Cate was booked and lodged at Harney County Jail on the Harney County warrants and cited to appear on the Polk County warrant.
