LA GRANDE – The La Grande Police Department arrested 39-year-old Joshua Christopher Rauli (address unlisted) this past weekend following a report of trespassing. According to La Grande Police, at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, a neighbor reported Rauli trespassing at a residence on the 500 block of B Avenue.
