Man arrested for Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle

CANYON CITY – On Sunday afternoon, around 4:35 p.m., the Grant County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man at a location on Highway 395 in Canyon City in response to a stolen vehicle. Ryan Glen Chapman, 47, of Prairie City was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle as well as a misdemeanor warrant for Probation Violation. Nothing further was released from Grant County Emergency Communications.
