Man arrested for Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle

JOHN DAY – On Sunday morning, Grant County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a location East Main in John Day. As a result, one subject was arrested. Ollie Leroi Starnes, 52, of John Day was taken into custody for Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle. Nothing further was released regarding the arrest.
