Man arrested for theft, criminal trespassing

JOHN DAY – According to information from the Grant County Emergency Communications Center, on Tuesday, May 18th at approximately 4:49 p.m., the John Day Police Department responded to Space 93 at 677 W Main in John Day for a trespassing call. As a result, one man was arrested. Erik Mountain, 43, was arrested for Criminal Trespass II and Theft III. Nothing further was released regarding the incident.
