BAKER COUNTY – Oregon State Police (OSP) in Baker County were notified recently of an incident of theft occurring on I-84 at milepost 309. The stolen items, signs and traffic cones were the property of the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT).
The subject had fled the area via the eastbound lanes of I-84. OSP was able to locate the subject, 58-year-old John Roger March of Boise, Idaho along I-84 at milepost 374. The stolen property was recovered, and March was cited for Theft 1.
