Man arrested for displaying Molotov cocktails

KENNEWICK – Officers from the Kennewick Police Department responded Saturday to the 1600 block of South Union Street for a report of a man displaying Molotov cocktails and threatening to block up a nearby park.
When officers arrived they contacted two men near a pickup truck. Andrew Cregg Osborne, 32, disobeyed officers commands when they were trying to detain him. He fled, but was located a short time later. Osborne was a wanted sex offender from Texas. He was arrested for his warrant and resisting arrest.
The other man, Dominic Hoffman, 42, was detained and a search warrant was conducted on his pickup truck. Officers located two Molotov cocktails during the search. Hoffman was arrested for possession of an explosive device and felony harassment.
