Man arrested for disorderly conduct at local store

JOHN DAY – On Wednesday, at about 3:22 p.m., the Grant County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Dollar General in John Day in response to a cell phone call. As a result, Cecil Kee Wilmer, 35, of John Day was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. Nothing further was released regarding the arrest.
