Man arrested for child sex abuse

KENNEWICK – Detectives from the Kennewick Police Department arrested a man Wednesday night for the alleged crime of first-degree rape of a child.
On January 27, 2023, KPD patrol officers responded to a report of child sexual abuse. A middle-school-aged girl disclosed sexual abuse by an adult male that occurred several years prior.
The investigation by detectives led to probable cause for the arrest of Raul Rosales-Martinez, 23. He was arrested at a residence on the 2500 block of West Entiat Avenue.
Rosales-Martinez was arrested without incident and booked into the Benton County Jail.
