The train stopped south of Finley while waiting for deputies to arrive. The Benton County Sheriff’s Office said the man was contacted and detained due to his manic and volatile behavior aboard the train.

After being checked out by medics and cleared at a Tri-Cities hospital, the individual was booked into the Benton County Jail on charges of delaying/obstructing a train and possession of narcotics. The jail roster lists Gustavo Gilbert Jr., 28, as the person who was arrested. BCSO has not released where he is from.
