BAKER CITY – Oregon State Police in Baker County stopped a vehicle on Elm St. and Spring Garden in Baker City recently for a traffic violation. That traffic stop led an arrest for drugs and more. According to reports 31-year-old Eric M. Collins of La Grande was the passenger in the vehicle at the time of the traffic stop.
A search of the vehicle yielded Heroin, Meth and other items of drug paraphernalia. Those items were seized as evidence.
Collins was subsequently taken into custody and lodged in the Baker County Jail on a warrant (Forgery) and cited for PCS-Heroin <1G and PCS-Meth (violation).
