BAKER COUNTY – Oregon State Police in Baker County arrested 40-year-old Clinton James Allen of St. Helens, Oregon recently after an officer stopped to help, what he thought was a disabled motorist along I-84 east of Baker City. After running the license plate a warrant hit was indicated for the registered owner, which was Allen.
He was taken into custody on a felony warrant for reckless endangering and possession of a short-barreled firearm.
