Man arrested by citation for shoplifting at D&B Supply

BAKER CITY – 22-year-old Kyle R. Bork of Baker City was cited for Theft II this week after the Baker City Police Department was notified that he had shoplifted from D&B Supply on Pocahontas in Baker City. Bork was cited for Theft II.
Theft II Is when a person commits the crime of theft by means other than extortion. The total value of the property in a single or aggregate transaction is $100 or more and less than $1,000. Theft in the second degree is a Class A misdemeanor.
