Man arrested after being found with stolen vehicle

BAKER COUNTY – 31-year-old Brian Anthony Heredia of Baker City was arrested recently after a deputy with the Baker County Sheriff’s Office contacted him regarding a disabled vehicle on Old Trail Road in Baker County.

The vehicle, a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 has been reported stolen. In additional Heredia was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and a knife. Heredia was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Felon in Possession of a Weapon.
