Man arrested after alleged Assault and Restraining Order Violation

HARNEY COUNTY-A local man is behind bars following a chaotic Thursday evening incident where he allegedly assaulted workers before being arrested for violating a protective order.
According to emergency dispatch logs from July 2, 2026, Tyler Fuller was arrested late at night after police responded to an active disturbance.
The emergency call came in just after 9:00 PM. The caller reported that an active assault was in progress, explicitly stating that Fuller was “assaulting workers” at the scene.
Law enforcement personnel rushed to the location under a Priority-1 dispatch, finding both the suspect and the victims still on the scene. Because the situation was developing rapidly, initial dispatch notes indicated it was unknown whether any weapons were present.
While emergency logs initially labeled the chief complaint as assault and battery, the nature of the call was later updated to an arrest.
Deputy Radinovich took Fuller into custody without further reported incident. By 9:30 PM, Fuller was en route to the local corrections facility. Jail logs confirm that Fuller arrived at the facility at 9:34 PM and was officially booked and lodged at 10:14 PM.
Fuller faces charges for a violation of a restraining order. Officials have not yet released updates regarding the condition of the workers or whether additional assault charges will be formally filed by the district attorney’s office.
