Harney County-Malheur Refuge Manager Jeff Mackay spoke on Harney County Live about winter and all the snow fall and how that has impacted the birds and having them not stop in the Harney Basin.
Jeff spoke about the flooding that has been taking with with all of the recent snowmelt and how it is impacting Page Springs Campground, and the Donner and Blitzen Rivers.
Lastly Jeff spoke about the employee turn overs.
