Harney County-Malheur Wildlife Manager Jeff Mackay spoke on Harney County Live about his retirement that the end of the month and who will be taking his position.
Jeff also spoke about what is going on out at the refuge with the wildlife survey to the migration of birds winding down and what projects they are working on.
