Making Spirits Bright in the City of Burns

BURNS-City of Burns invites you to “Making Spirits Bright”, by participating in the annual decorating contest. To participate in the lighting contest, go to city of Burns City Hall or the Harney County Chamber of Commerce and pick up an entry form. Judging will begin Friday, December 20, 2024, at 5:30pm.
Prizes awarded for 1st will be $100 OTEC and City of Burns credit and Safeway gift card, 2nd place will receive $50 OTEC and City of Burns credit and Safeway gift card and 3rd place will receive $25 OTEC and City of Burns credit and Safeway gift card.
