Lovell to spend a year in jail on theft and burglary charges

CANYON CITY – A man pleaded guilty to theft and burglary charges in Grant County Circuit Court recently. Garrett Lovell, 24, was convicted on one count of Burglary in the Second Degree, one count of Theft in the First Degree and also Failure to Appear in the First Degree. Lovell was sentenced to 364 days the Grant County Jail, placed on Post-Prison Supervision for 24 months and ordered to pay a total of $1,586.90 in restitution. One count was disposed with no conviction.
