Local officers attended the Western States Hostage Negotiators’ Association Conference

BAKER CITY – Detective Shannon Regan, who serves on the Northeast Oregon Regional SWAT as the Crisis Negotiation Team Leader, recently attended the annual Western States Hostage Negotiators’ Association Conference in Boise, Idaho. According to the Baker City Police Department, also, in attendance at this conference were Northeast Oregon Regional SWAT Crisis Negotiation Team members Corrina Jacobs, Assistant Team Leader Baker County Sheriff’s Office and Dyan Snook, Team Member, La Grande Police Department.
