Lions Club gave out more the $68,000 in scholarships this year

Harney County-Pete Runnels with the Lions Club spoke about what the Lions Club does for the community.
The Lions Club raises money with the sale of their burgers and “Lions Balls”. All the proceeds that are brought in with this stay in the community. The Lions hand out scholarships to high school graduates and also help families with eye glasses.
The Lions Club also goes into school and checks kids eye sight and now they are starting to check hearing.
