Library opens on a limited basis

LA GRANDE – With Union County currently at a Moderate Risk Level, Cook Memorial Library has re-opened on a limited basis. The library will operate similar to October of last year, with limited capacity, hours of operation and visiting time. All visitors’ 5-years of age must wear a mask.
