Learning opportunities for Grant County nonprofits

JOHN DAY – There are quite a few nonprofit organizations within Grant County; most of which require boards or committees. Grant County Economic Development Coordinator Tory Stinnett recently announced an opportunity coming up for nonprofit board members:
“What we’re trying to do is make more opportunities of learning and engagement for our nonprofits.
In this training on May 11th, it’s by Zoom, and it’s on ‘board recruitment and engagement.’ I know that a lot of people are on multiple boards. It’s a lot of hats to wear.”
