Hermiston is sending a large contingent to the capitol. They are City Manager Byron Smith, Mayor Doug Primmer, and council members Maria Duron, Jackie Linton, Josh Roberts, and Allen Hayward. Members of the Hermiston High School Youth Advisors will also be in attendance.

Pendleton City Manager Robb Corbett and Mayor McKennon McDonald will be there. Corbett said they also have meetings scheduled with Sen. Todd Nash (R-Wallowa) and Rep.
