Lake Creek Camp needs volunteers and board members

PRAIRIE CITY – The nonprofit Lake Creek Youth Camp organization will be holding volunteer work days soon. According to board member Aimee Rude, the first one is set for this weekend at the camp in Logan Valley:
“We actually have two dates scheduled—October 3rd and the 23rd at 9 a.m. We’re going to have days of just working out at camp and we’ll provide lunch. We’re going to put up a kiosk and we also have some buildings that need repainted, and the fence needs fixed.”
Lake Creek Youth Camp is also looking for anyone interested in being a board member. Rude said currently there are only 5 people sitting on the board. For more information, email lakecreekcamp@yahoo.com.
