La Grande announces street closure on June 15 for Touch-a-Truck event

LA GRANDE – The City of La Grande wants to inform residents of street closures this weekend.
The 2nd Annual Touch-a-Truck event is happening Saturday, June 15 from 11:00am to 1:30pm.
Adams Avenue between 4th Street & Greenwood Street will be shut down from 10:30am to 1:00pm for the event, which is held by La Grande Parks and Recreation.
Touch a Truck is a family-friendly event where everyone can explore and learn about the various pieces of equipment that keep the city running. Attendees can climb on, sit in, and, of course, touch a range of city vehicles, including fire trucks, police cars, and public works machinery. The event features tractors, dump trucks, fire trucks, police squad cars, and much more.
