Kreger sentenced to 130 days across multiple Grant Co. convictions

CANYON CITY – A man will spend several months in jail following conviction across several cases. David Wayne Kreger, 32, pleaded guilty to one count of Failure to Perform Duties as a Driver—Property Damage, as well as Criminal Driving While Suspended or Revoked. Kreger was also found guilty of violating his probation, Failure to Appear on a Criminal Citation, as well as Failure to Appear in the Second Degree.
In total, David Kreger was sentenced to 130 days in jail and ordered to pay $7,788.09 in restitution and traffic fines. The guilty plea was entered on October 31st.
