WALLA WALLA – One of three teenage boys from Kennewick, arrested for their alleged involvement in a 2022 fatal stabbing off Kibler Road in Walla Walla, is expected to change his plea this afternoon (Monday) in Walla Walla County Superior Court.

Eros Emiliano Patterson pleaded not guilty at his arraignment back in January. Patterson, who has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Miguel Perez Barragan, 24, was to be tried as an adult. He was 17 when he was taken into custody.

Trials for the other two are still pending. They are Kenny Stephen Sanchez-Garcia and a 15-year-old boy who waived his right to a speedy trial and has not been identified.
