KENNEWICK – Kennewick police officers working a concert Saturday night at the Toyota Center were notified shortly after 8 p.m. about a potential scam. Officers quickly learned two subjects were charging concertgoers for parking at the gravel lot across the street from venue

KPD reports these individuals were not employees of Toyota Center. Two individuals were identified and KPD found probable cause to arrest Denickson Duarte Davila, 28.

Anyone who parked there and were charged for parking are asked to contact KPD at 509-628-0333. Police need basic information to list anyone involved as victims. Unfortunately, at this time, KPD said it cannot reimburse anyone or return money due to it being part of a criminal investigation.
