Kee sentenced to jail for DV & disorderly conduct

CANYON CITY – A man will spend a month in jail on a domestic violence charge, as well as disorderly conduct, according to recent Grant County Circuit Court documents.

Wilmer Cecil Kee, 35, pleaded guilty to one count of Menacing—Constituting Domestic Violence, in a crime occurring in September of 2023. Kee was sentenced to 30 days in jail and placed on Supervised Probation for 18 months. One count was disposed with no conviction in that case.

In a separate case, Kee, pleaded guilty to one count of Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree, committed in November of last year. Kee was sentenced to 30 days in jail, to be served concurrently with the sentencing from the September case.
