K-9 helps apprehend suspect in indecent exposure incident

WALLA WALLA – K-9 Hoss assisted in the arrest of a man who had a warrant for his arrest and was also described as a suspect in an indecent exposure incident June 13 in Walla Walla.

A detective with the Walla Walla Police Department located Daniel J. Davis, 27, on the 300 block of Berney Drive. Davis allegedly spoke about fighting with the detective, so K-9 Hoss and his handler responded to assist.

Once Hoss got out of the patrol car and barked, Davis chose not to fight, and he complied with the officers’ verbal commands. Davis was taken into custody for his outstanding warrant and probable cause was developed to arrest him for indecent exposure.
