Justin Ray Kahut arrested recently for multiple sex related crimes

UNION COUNTY – Justin Ray Kahut (34) was arrested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office recently on a Union County Warrant for the following charges:
-Rape 1
-Sodomy 1
-Sodomy 1
-Sex Abuse 1
-Sexual Abuse 1
While details are limited due to the nature of the charges, it is reported that there is one victim, a juvenile female who was under the age of 12 at the time of the incident. The crime occurred between January 2018 and December 2019.
In addition, according to Oregon Judicial Department records, Kahut has a no contact order with the victim and other minors and is prohibited from going to, “places designed for children or where they congregate – games arcades, library, youth sporting events, movie theaters, schools.” Their bail was set at $2,500.
