JOSEPH – Scholarship season continues, and yet another Wallowa County highschooler is getting a big boost to their post-graduation education. The Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA) recently announced that Joseph High School’s own Annie Rose Miller has earned a $1,000 dollar scholarship from Moda Health.
Specifically, Miller was one of two recent recipients of the 2025-2026 Moda Health Player of the Game/Athlete of the Meet Scholarships. The other Oregon awardee this year was Jakoby Goss of Tillamook Highschool.
Congratulations to Annie Rose Miller!
