Joseph goes back in time with Wallowa Mountain Cruise

JOSEPH — The Joseph Chamber of Commerce is celebrating another successful Wallowa Mountain Cruise as classic car enthusiasts from across Oregon and Washington showed off their rides.
The event was formerly known as the Oregon Mountain Cruise and began in 1990 with 28 cars from the Hudson Club and a truck club.
The GarMan Memorial Award is given out in memory of event founders Chuck Garrett and James Ragman, this years winner of the award was:
