JOSEPH – (Press release from Joseph FFA Alumni & Supporters) The Joseph FFA Alumni & Supporters is proud to announce the recipients of its 2026 scholarship program, awarding a combined $18,500 to seven graduating seniors and three continuing students pursuing higher education, vocational training and skilled trade programs.
The total includes $8,500 awarded through the Joseph FFA Alumni Scholarship and $10,000 awarded through the Richard M. Surface Memorial Scholarship.
The Joseph FFA Alumni Scholarship is available to graduating seniors and current college students continuing their education through college, vocational or trade programs. The Richard M. Surface Memorial Scholarship supports Joseph FFA members pursuing post-secondary education, with preference given to vocational and trade programs.
Scholarship recipients were selected through a competitive application process that evaluated Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) projects, FFA leadership and activities, community service, essay responses, and achievement of the Oregon FFA State Degree.
“Congratulations to these outstanding FFA members,” said the Joseph FFA Alumni & Supporters Scholarship Committee. “Their leadership, service, and dedication have earned this well-deserved recognition, and we are proud to support them as they pursue their educational goals.”
