LA GRANDE – The Joint Urban Renewal Agency and the La Grande City Council are holding a work session at 6 p.m. today (Monday). It will be in city council chambers of La Grande City Hall.
The work session is the opportunity to informally discuss topics of common concern and interest. Participants will also exchange thoughts with city staff. No decisions will be made. No voting occurs during work sessions.
District/City Manager Robert Strope and Economic Development Director Timothy Burns will be presenting an economic development strategy. While the public is welcome to attend the work session, public comments and questions will not be entertained. People wishing to make comments or ask questions are invited to do so at the next regular city council meeting.
