Jail time & more for contempt of Grant County Circuit Court

CANYON CITY – A man will spend time in jail and on probation for being found in contempt of court, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. Clinton Peterson was found to be in contempt of court on Thursday, June 4^th. Peterson was sentenced to 10 days in jail, placed on Bench Probation for 12 months, and was ordered to pay a $100 fine.
