Jail time for Grant County stalking order violation

CANYON CITY – A man will spend a few days behind bars for violating a stalking protective order, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. Nicholas Allen, 38, pleaded guilty to one count of Violating a Court’s Stalking Protective Order, committed on or about August 10^th, 2024.

Allen was sentenced to 5 days in the Grant County Jail. The guilty plea was entered on February 20^th.
