Jail time for Grant County man on multiple convictions

CANYON CITY – Grant County Circuit Court documents show that it’ll be jail time and probation for a man across multiple convictions. Ian Edward Garrett Humbird, 29, pleaded guilty to Escape in the Third Degree, two counts of Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree, and Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree—all committed in June of 2025. Humbird was also found guilty of violating his probation.

Humbird was sentenced to a total of 50 days in jail and placed on Supervised Probation for 18 months with special conditions. 4 counts were disposed with no conviction.
