Jail time and probation for Grant County man guilty of public indecency

CANYON CITY – A man who was arrested after exposing himself at a local bottle recycling location has been sentenced to jail. Dakoda Keith Cazier, 30, pleaded guilty to Public Indecency committed on or about August 22nd, 2026. Cazier was sentenced to 120 hours in jail, placed on Bench Probation for 18 months to include 40 hours of community service or county work crew, and ordered to pay a $250 fine. The guilty plea was entered October 12th.
