Jail, probation & fine for domestic violence charge

CANYON CITY – A man will spend time in jail on a domestic violence charge, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. Joseph David Tirico, 59, pleaded No Contest to one count of Harassment—Constituting Domestic Violence, occurring in January of this year.
Tirico was sentenced to 20 days in jail, placed on Supervised Probation for 18 months, and ordered to pay $300 in fees and fines. One count was disposed with no conviction.
