As of this date, the Grant County District Attorney, Jim Carpenter, has not received an investigation report from the Grant County Sheriff, Todd McKinley. As previously stated, this is not uncommon, as an investigation may take weeks or months to complete.

Mr. Snodgrass has been relieved of his obligation to appear on November 10, 2022. After the investigation is complete the case will be reviewed. Should a decision to charge Mr. Snodgrass be made, he will be cited to appear at some future date.

Everyone’s patience is appreciated at the Grant County Sheriff and Grant County District Attorney work through the process.
