Internet connectivity could improve in and near Huntington

HUNTINGTON — The City of Huntington is asking residents to fill out a short survey regarding internet usage. Read the full press release below:

“Windwave Communications is looking to help establish reliable, modern broadband services through the BEAD (Broadband Equity Access and Deployment) Program funding. This proposal if accepted will help establish reliable, modern broadband services to unserved locations throughout Eastern Oregon. As you all know internet here can be an iffy deal. Windwave is asking residents of the area to fill out the following short questionnaire. The more support they get for this, the better the odds so if you could take a few minutes, it would be very helpful. Thank you.”
